John W. Lawit serves as of counsel to Hendricks Law. He is the founder and principal attorney of John W. Lawit, LLC, an immigration law firm with offices in Albuquerque, New Mexico and Irving, Texas. John has practiced immigration law since 1980, representing individuals, families, small businesses, and major U.S. corporations from nearly every country in the world.

He is an adjunct professor of immigration and nationality law at Texas Tech University School of Law, and is licensed to practice in Texas, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania. John speaks English, Spanish, and Korean.
